Gallery (also known as Archive) student work, collecting examples of work exchange and diploma. This collection through various vicissitudes, was also carried out for all these years steadily. However, today constitutes the core of the collection of paintings, drawings and graphics. It is still being completed, including the works of artists-teachers of the Academy. The works are acquired mainly through donations. Major part of the collection are deposits. Currently, collection of the Museum of Fine Arts has about 20 000 objects. They represent almost all areas of artistic creation: painting, sculpture and spatial objects, graphics (workshop and utility), book-illustration and graphics, drawing, poster, arts and crafts: fabric, ceramics, furniture, industrial design, architectural design, documentation of the learning process, Finally - the documentation of artistic action. The museum also has a number of teams documentation, including photographs, audio and video recordings, and other records related to those teachers and university life. The specificity of the collection, as adopted by the founders of the Museum in the mid-80s, was to document the creative process. Interests collector under this concept were to focus more on the tracks coming to work - sketches, Projektach, notes - than the same work. This assumption, in practice, has contributed to the fact that the museum can boast having a few, but almost complete teams of authors. There is no other public collections such a broad representation of Władysław Skoczylasa, Wojciech Jastrzębowski, Tadeusz Tuszewskiego, Mieczyslaw Szymanski, Jerzy Soltan, Oskar Hansen, Lech Tomaszewski, Wanda Paklikowskiej-Winnicka, Henry Morel. It should also mention topical collections, as team work Works of Art and Fine Arts Research and laboratory teams Oskar Hansen, Roman Owidzkiego, Tadeusz Tuszewskiego. Valuable collections of copyright and documentaries can be found in the Museum of Fine Arts in custody, as the legacy of Eugene Arcata, George Stajuzy, Christopher Jung and archival fonds: Gallery Repassage, Gruppa, photographic documentation of an independent artistic life 80 years and others.
