The memorial is the first monument in the post-war horse Wroclaw, was created by the 1945 standing in front of the statue of Emperor Wilhelm I. Boleslaw the Brave holding in his hand a spear St. Maurice (the symbol of imperial power). Base fastens with a bronze ribbon with text in Polish, German and Czech, the map of Europe from the year 1000 and reliefs, including Pope Sylvester II, Otto III and St. Adalbert.
