About Night Tour of Rome with Dinner and Music

The evening begins with a typical Italian dinner in a characteristic restaurant and accompanied with music by folkloric singers. After dinner we start a pleasant panoramic illuminated tour of Rome passing by some of the most famous and important monuments of the city. We shall see the Castel S. Angelo initially commissioned by the Roman Emperor Hadrian as a mausoleum for himself and his family and then later used by the popes as a fortress and castle St. Peters Square with the famous Colonnade by Bernini and St. Peter Basilica Piazza Venezia with the imposing Vittoriano monument the Arch of Constantine the Coliseum the symbol of Rome Circus Maximus the first and largest chariot racing stadium in ancient Rome the Theater of Marcello and the Jewish Quarter the Tiber Island. During this fascinating tour the guide will take us to visit Trevi Fountain the most famous fountain of Rome celebrated in the movie La Dolce Vita by Federico Fellini. Then we go to the Piazza Navona the baroque square famous for the Fountain of the Four Rivers Bernini masterpiece now a cosmopolitan meeting place before returning to the hotels.
