Since 1870 in Naples 3 generations of the the Rossi family have perfected the art of cooking and hospitality. Eugenio presents a brief historical-cultural introduction on the traditions of the Italian Mediterranean kitchen and historic-social evolutions. Instruction on the preparation of hand-made “pasta all‘uovo” and two types of sauces. Lunch and discussion upon request on the production and characteristics of wines from Lazio. Conclusion of the course and presentation of a diploma of the restaurant attesting to your participation in the seminar.
