Operating Hours The NY Skyride operates daily from 0800 to 2200 and is open on holidays. The last tour is at 2130. Operating hours are subject to change during the holidays. The Empire State Building Observatory is open daily from 0800 to 0200 AM. Last elevator up at 0115AM. Operates on holidays. However returning guests will not be able to use the Fast Track System at the Observatory and will have to wait in line.
